CitiGroup 1yr ago $19.69; yesterday $1.05, a 94.6% drop; today, up by 40%, to a year-on drop of a mere 92.6%. Yet stock market overreacts. I guess we can't expect banksters and brokers to understand simple arithmetic.
Looks more like a political move than a financial one.
That and two bucks sixty will buy you breakfast at McDs :)

And its winter here - we just got snow and its cold and my tomatoes are still green. Next year I hope we'll have some sort of a glasshouse.
